its the time of year when we peel off the hats, scarves and boots...and slide into some sandals, flirty dresses and linen. and i, personally can't wait to go on my next GNO (girls night out). we typically like to go overboard with the fashion, and fabulosity....meaning we love to enjoy places that have great food, great ambiance and great people posing about. we never do anything casual on a GNO. we always decide to go somewhere flashy where dressing up is required. there's just something about putting on a slinky dress, fab heels with a perfect face and hair. LOVES IT!!!!!!!
well, in a few days, we'll be venurting off to do our thing...but tell me,

Hello baby, you sho is a pretty lady. Reminds me of myself when I was younger. Anyhow, Mabel and I likes to get all dressed up and put on our fancy church hats and hit the Old Country Buffet. Mattafact, the picture on our blog is from our last buffet outing. Take care now.

Actually, I like to travel with my friends. Vegas, NYC, Rome, Barcelona--that's a girl's night out for me!
But when I'm local, we usually go somewhere for drinks and dinner and then hang out at somebody's place to the wee hours of the morning. But looking cute is definitely a must.

I wish I had a group of friends to hang out with for a "Girls' Night Out." Unfortunately, my best friends live in another city and I haven't really made good friends that I even want to hang out with here in NYC.

I loved the pics in this post. LOL. They remind me of some places here in Houston that I looooove. There's this Japanese restaurant/lounge here and another place called the Grand Luxe Cafe and they are both great spots to chill.

@ queen...heeeeeeeeeeeey! see, you feel me! i love swanky places. if we are at a nice dinner, i usually drink wine (reisling, shiraz or moscato). now if we are at a fun, upbeat spot, i personally am enjoying mojitos, gray goose bay breezes and almost any kind of martini except for apple, watermelon or grape. not nosey at all ;-)

I so love GNO! Me, my friends and sisters frequent different places. We used to always do clubs, but lately we like the Fab restaurant scene. Went last week, and OMG! It was so fabulous, dressed in our heels and dresses, open toed, manicured, pedicured down, hair fly, money to spend, good food, and lot's of good looking men to look at! Couldn't be better!

My friends and I are all about the fabulosity as well. We hit the newest restaurants on our Girls night out and maybe a lounge. If its an day time girls outing we love to do Brunch!
But we have also traveled together. I use to love Butter until my friend in my head Kimora threw that party there now its just not the same.
We've actually not had a BIG girls night in while but maybe after I get settled I'll do a catered brunch in my new digs, waiters and all.

Me and my friend like to hit up this place called Churchills. It is a cigar and wine sceneray where all the rich and bougie people like to hang. There is a live band and alot of mingling and dancing. We always have a grand time and we are always tipsy by the time we leave,lol
